1.Product Introduction:

The CFL-6 electromagnetism induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine that our company imports advanced overseas technique to research and develop the machine. It especially suits for high-efficient seal. The materials used to seal the products are PE, PP, PS, PET, ABS, glass, china but metal bottle. It suits for sealing bottles which are filled with medicine, food, wash, milk, cosmetic, food, petrol, agrochemical etc. And it has the function of airproof, anti-counterfeiting, and burglarproof

2 working principle and the characteristic of the configuration

It uses advanced overseas circuit, the fifth era crystal tube power module and imported key components. It can be divided into three parts: main power source box, inductive head, transporting equipment. Enlarge the high-frequency current which created by oscillator. Impulse the inductive head which is outputted by power module. When metal aluminum foil approaches the inductive head, it will generate vortex to heat. The heating degree is decided by the vortex, frequency and work-time. The machine sets automatic self-examining function to check the stability of the power, current, pressure, over-temperature- control protection and phase position. The power is adjustable. The working status can be read on the controlling board. The cooling system adopts automatic double-water cooling cycle. Refrigerate the inductive head and power module separately. The transporting belt use step-less speed adjusting to seal different kinds of vessels. It can accommodate turntable of bottle-regulating machine and aluminum foil testing equipment.
