DZQ-400 is small vacuum packaging series which not only can used in vacuum packaging ,but also can used in vacuum gas filling packaging . It will seal automatically when the bag it is suck back to be vacuum. It can avoid oxidation, mouldy, corrupt because of the high vacuum, the residual air is very low. In the same time ,it has the merit of reducing the volume after vacuum to some floppy product. It is convenient to transport and stockpile.

Vacuum gas filling packaging is use the way to suck back the vacuum ,then fill proper inert gas(azote,co2), sealing automatically. It has the function of restrain the fine dust propagation because of the inactivity gas. So it can prolong the shelf life. It also has the merit with beautiful shape because of the pressure different of the inside and outside is very small.

Usage:

This machine use the material of plastic composite or Alu-foil film, it can widely used in solid, liquid, powder, mushy, food, fruit, pickles, preserved fruit, chemistry, electric components, precision instrumentation, rare metal etc. it has the merit of avoiding oxidation, mouldy, leprosy, moistened, and also can the merit of prolong the shelf life, fresh keeping, taste-keeping, color-keeping when it well packed.
