DZ and DZQ series is one of the packaging machine which is used in vacuum packaging or filling  inert gases after vacuum.
This machine has the merits of perfect function, easy to maintenance and manipulate, widely used etc. It suitable for plastic composite film and plastic Alu-foil composite film and other flexible wrapper. It can avoiding of oxidation, mouldy ,mouth, leprosy, moistened, and also can prolong the shelf life when it well packed through the process of vacuum and filling inert gases.

Characteristic :

1.There is very valuable function of eliminating the oil mist, need not to take-over and exhaust.

2.It is very convenience to use and press the cap of the machine, fill the inert gases after sucking the vacuum, then heat the seal, print the label, cooling , deflate air until the cap of the machine start, the full process is controlled automatically .

3.The DZQ series has external connection gaseous tube which used to connect the gas bottle and the nitrogen machine. We can according to the customers requirements to supply small type nitrogen machine, the purity can achieve to 95%.

4.The available rang of the temperature which can adjust is very large, suitable for varies packaging material.

5.There is unguent stop button in control panel, press it when it is working not normal. Which can cut off all the packaging procedure.   
6.DZ-400/2ES single motor has alarm unit when the voltage is low and will cut off the power automatically.
